Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RUNLOG ("the Application"), available at run-log.yeet.web.id, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Description of Service
RUNLOG is a GPS-based run tracking progressive web application (PWA) that allows users to:
- Track running routes using GPS
- Record distance, pace, duration, and elevation data
- View run history and statistics
- Export run data as GPX files
- Generate and share run summary cards
The Application is provided as a free service. Premium features and paid subscriptions may be introduced in the future, at which point additional terms may apply.
GPS Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: RUNLOG relies on your device's GPS hardware and browser Geolocation API for location data. GPS accuracy is inherently variable and can be affected by environmental factors, device quality, signal conditions, and software limitations.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- GPS data provided by RUNLOG is approximate and may contain inaccuracies.
- Distance, pace, elevation, and route data are estimates and should not be treated as precise measurements.
- RUNLOG is not a certified measurement tool and should not be used where precise distance or location measurement is required.
- Environmental factors (buildings, trees, weather, tunnels) may affect GPS signal quality.
No Medical or Health Advice
RUNLOG is not a medical device and does not provide medical or health advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- RUNLOG does not provide medical, health, fitness, or nutritional advice of any kind.
- Data displayed by RUNLOG (distance, pace, elevation, etc.) is for informational and recreational purposes only.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
- You should not rely on RUNLOG data for any medical decisions or clinical purposes.
- RUNLOG is not responsible for any injury, health issue, or adverse event that may occur during or as a result of physical activity tracked using the Application.
User Responsibilities
When using RUNLOG, you agree to:
- Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure your own safety while running — remain aware of your surroundings, traffic, and terrain at all times.
- Not use RUNLOG in a manner that could endanger yourself or others (e.g., staring at your phone while crossing roads).
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Application.
- Not use the Application for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and branding of RUNLOG (including but not limited to logos, icons, user interface elements, and visual design) are the intellectual property of RUNLOG and its creators.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application without prior written consent.
Your run data belongs to you. RUNLOG does not claim any ownership over data you generate through the Application.
Data & Privacy
Your use of RUNLOG is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and handle your data.
Currently, all data is stored locally on your device. RUNLOG does not transmit your personal data to external servers. You are responsible for backing up your own data.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- RUNLOG is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, including run history or GPS data, due to browser data clearing, device failure, or any other cause.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Application.
Subscription & Refund Policy
RUNLOG is currently a free application. The following terms will apply when premium subscriptions are introduced.
When premium features become available:
- Subscription prices and billing cycles will be clearly displayed before purchase.
- Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 days.
- No refund will be provided for partial billing periods after cancellation.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that RUNLOG will be available at all times. The Application may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
